Taco Omelet

I whipped my egg whites to fluffy perfection with my boat motor and, unfortunately, the omelet deflated immediately upon coming in contact with the plate. However, I was not discouraged! It was still pretty fluffy mcfluffs. I topped it with ground taco-seasoned turkey, refried black beans, bell peppers, oregano, tomatoes, olives, and pineapple salsa :)

YUM.
